Service takes a long time and the counter staff are not very friendly.

Worst bank ever! Service is extremely slow. Nothing can be resolved over the phone. For everything you need to go to the agency and there is still a wait of at least 2 hours. I do not recommend!

I made six contact attempts, on the only available phone number, without being answered. I just called because I needed some information. I'll have to go to the agency. There are old review comments reporting the same problem - a bad indication.

I liked it, I was well received .. I followed the prompts, keeping my distance .. there is alcohol gel .. on the wall next to the ATM . and it solved my problem .

Simply horrible in the midst of the corona virus pandemic, there is no demarcation for customers, I didn't find alcohol gel available, and there was no priority queue, and there were pregnant women and an elderly lady who decided to leave because she was feeling ill. and I couldn't stand waiting any longer.
